Yard maintenance

We are here to help you make your yard look its best.

Tell us about your property and landscaing needs.

A yard only looks maintained if the schedule is actually kept

Skipped visits are what make a yard look neglected. A consistent schedule matched to the season keeps a property looking kept-up without over- or under-servicing it.

We also help you with your bigger hardscaping projects whether it's installing a flag stone patio, building flower beds, or putting up a retainer wall.

Common issues and projects we help address

  • Lawn care: pruning, weeding, and mulching
  • Seasonal debris removal (leaves, branches, and other yard waste)
  • Hand watering during winter season
  • Disease control
  • Flagstone or paver patios
  • Retainer walls and stone flower beds

How it works

  1. 01

    Initial walkthrough

We assess the property, note any problem areas (dead spots, overgrown weeds, trees needing mulch, etc.) and confirm the scope before our visit. For specific projects, our initial walkthrough is aimed towards gathering all the necessary information to implement your vision.

  2. 02

    Scheduling a visit for service

Once we have all the necessary information, we draft an estimate for you. If you decide to move forward with our services we then schedule our visit.

  3. 03

    Scheduled visits

If you are satisfied with our work and need additional scheduled visits, we set up a plan that works for you.

  4. 04

    Seasonal adjustments

Frequency and scope shift adjustments can be made with the seasons throughout the year — spring cleanup, monsoon season growth management, fall leaf and debris removal.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide one-time cleanups, or only recurring plans?

We provide one-time visits for any project or landscaping needs you may have. If you are in need of recurring visits we also provide service plans for that.

What's included in a standard visit?

Every property/yard has its own unique needs, but common services that are often beneficial are: mowing, edging, trimming, and mulching.

How can I make my yard low-maintenance?

You can reduce upkeep by installing native plants, using perennial flowers instead of annuals, replacing large lawn areas with gravel or mulch beds, and installing an automatic drip irrigation system.

Why is mulch important, and how often should I replace it?

Mulch retains soil moisture, regulates root temperature, and suppresses weeds. You should refresh your mulch once a year, typically in the spring, keeping the layer about 2 to 3 inches deep.
