How it works

  1. 01

    Site walk and scope

We schedule a site walk to evaluate current stucco and the complexity of areas needed to be worked on. We identify whether the work is new-build, full re-coat, or a targeted repair.

  2. 02

    Estimate and Formal Contract

We often give ballpark estimates during site walks and if you decide to work with us we send out a detailed estimate with final price and materials.

  3. 03

    Set the Date

If you decide to move forward with our services, we set a date for our visit and communicate any final details.

  4. 04

    Stucco Application

We get to work and apply some fresh stucco! Final reviews are done to ensure you are satisfied with our work.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a repair and a re-coat?

Stucco repairs fix specific, localized damage such as cracks and holes. A stucco re-coat is a fresh layer of finish applied over an entire, structurally sound wall to restore its color and weatherproofing.

How does the process for applying stucco typically look like?

Stucco has a variety of application methods, but we encourage to do a brown coat with fiber mesh, whether it’s patch work or the entire building. After we install brown coat we add the final stucco color, which can be synthetic or traditional cement stucco.

Can you match the texture of existing stucco?

In most cases, yes, depending on material supply. Texture matching is part of the estimate process for any repair or partial re-coat.

What time of year can stucco work be done?

We recommend doing stucco between April and late October.
