Privacy Policy
Last updated:
D&S Aggregate Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the site, request an estimate, or contact us about our services.
1. Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to send in an inquiry, including your name, phone number, email address, town, preferred contact method, requested service, and project details or messages. We also receive information you share when following up by phone or email. Please do not include payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
An inquiry may include the page it was submitted from, campaign or referral tags, and browser information (the user-agent). These details help us understand where inquiries come from and troubleshoot submissions.
2. General website analytics
We use high-level website statistics to understand traffic and improve the site, such as site visits, pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser types, approximate location, and engagement measures such as visit duration and bounce rates. These statistics help us understand how visitors use our content.
When enabled, our site uses Plausible Analytics to provide aggregate reports. Plausible does not use analytics cookies or persistent identifiers to track visitors across websites or over time. We do not send your inquiry contents to Plausible. See Plausible’s Data Policy for details.
3. Website security and Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated abuse of our inquiry form. Turnstile processes technical signals, including IP address, browser information, and information about the site and connection, to distinguish people from bots. Our server sends your IP address with the verification request when it is available.
Cloudflare also processes signals to improve its bot detection capabilities. For details about Cloudflare’s processing and its respective roles, please read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details, to deliver the site, diagnose errors, and protect it from abuse.
4. How we use and share information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project, prepare estimates, arrange services, and maintain related business records. We also use information to operate and improve the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Inquiries are delivered to us by email through Resend and may also be stored in our business database. Providers that support our hosting, email, storage, analytics, and security process information as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.
We do not sell customer inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
5. Cookies, reviews, and external links
Our Plausible analytics integration does not use cookies. Security features and embedded third-party content may use cookies or similar technologies as described by their providers. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though restricting security features may affect form submission.
Our site displays Google reviews through an Elfsight widget. When that widget loads, your browser connects to third-party services, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies. Links to Google, Facebook, and other external websites also lead to services with their own policies.
6. Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage related customer relationships, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Retention can vary depending on whether an inquiry becomes a customer project. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You can browse without submitting an inquiry and choose which optional details to provide. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or exercise privacy rights available under applicable law, email info@dsaggregateservices.com or call (505) 365-9059. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain records where required or permitted by law.
8. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for people seeking our services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can address it.
9. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For questions about this policy or our handling of information, contact D&S Aggregate Services LLC at info@dsaggregateservices.com.
